Submission requirements

Two items, both due by 3:00pm when demos start.

1. Public GitHub repo

Your code, public and viewable by judges. Include a README with:

What medical process your agent handles

How to run it

What stack you used

2. Video demo, 3 minutes max

Show the agent actually running. Screen recording is fine, narration optional, polish not required. Upload anywhere judges can view it (YouTube unlisted, Loom, Drive with link sharing on).

Lead with the working product. If it only works on one happy path, show that path.

Submit both links via [your submission form or Devpost link] before 3:00pm. Late submissions aren't judged.

Requirements for the project itself

Built from scratch today. Libraries, templates, and boilerplate are fine; pre-existing projects are not.

Solo work.

Addresses a medical process, broadly defined.

No real patient data. Synthetic or fake data only.

Two practical notes:

Tell people to start recording by 2:30. The most common way a finished project fails to place is that the builder ran out of time on the video. Say it at kickoff and again at 2:00.

You need a submission destination. The requirements say "submit both links" but there's no form yet. A Google Form with four fields (name, repo URL, video URL, one-line description) takes two minutes to make and gives judges a single sheet to score from. Without it you'll be collecting links over Slack and in person while demos are running.
